About The T-Shirt “Dwelling In the Light”:
The t-shirt “Dwelling In the Light” features a photograph taken during Your Favorite Enemies’ concert at Le Théâtre Petit Champlain in Quebec City, in March 2015. A few songs from that concert appear on the album “And Just Like That, Everything Sounded Different”, part of the project “The Early Days”.
It represents the moment that the band has decided to acknowledge that light, however small it may be, has the power to chase darkness and to become something that will guide each and every step. From that moment on, light has been embraced, and although it is at times blinding, at times flickering, none of the band members have once looked back.
This concert has led to a lot of improvisation on the band’s part, which in turn was fed by the crowd, and vice versa. A true communion took place. And just like that, everything sounded different… Live from yesterday’s future.

Sur le t-shirt “Dwelling In the Light” est imprimée une photographie prise pendant le concert de Your Favorite Enemies au Petit Champlain à Québec, en mars 2015. Quelques chansons du concert apparaissent sur l’album “And Just Like That, Everything Sounded Different”, faisant partie du projet “The Early Days”.
Il représente le moment où le groupe a décidé de voir et reconnaître que la lumière, aussi infime soit-elle, a le pouvoir de chasser les ténèbres et devenir quelque chose qui guidera chacun de nos pas. À partir de ce moment, la lumière a été embrassée, et même si elle est parfois aveuglante, parfois vacillante, aucun des membres du groupe n’a regardé en arrière après ça.
Ce concert a mené à beaucoup d’improvisation du groupe, qui lui-même était alimenté par le public, et vice versa. Une vraie communion a eu lieu. Et juste comme ça, tout semblait différent… Directement depuis l’avenir d’hier.
